she is made from polymer clay, puppen fimo specifically

Your works are truly amazing! Could you tell me if you use iron wire as a skeleton? I use polymer clay myself (fimoclay) but I would never be able to make such a dynamic pose without using a very strong skeleton as base.

she has a pretty complex armature. she has several thick metal tubes in her supporting leg and apoxie sculpt reinforcements as well. the wire is just floral wire wrapped around it self 3 or 4 times in most places, plus puppen fimo is awesome stuff. its pretty strong, nearly as strong as cernit and not nearly so annoying to work with.
